Returns & Exchanges
Picking a style of the greatest hats ever can be tough. We have a 30-day return & exchange policy. This means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return. All returns & exchanges are free for orders shipped in the United States.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging.
Once your return or exchange is received, we will inspect the product to make sure it is in unworn and undamaged condition.
Refunds will be processed to your original payment method. This will take place after we receive and inspect the returned items. You will receive email confirmation of the refund. Please remember, it can take time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund to your account.
Exchanges will be processed upon the receipt of the returned item. The newly requested item will be sent out and you will receive a tracking notification for the newly requested item.
Damaged or Faulty Goods
Sometimes things get damaged or are faulty. It happens to the best of us. If you find that your product was damaged or faulty, please send an email to matchboxhatco@gmail.com with pictures of the product in question. We will review your request and work with you to make sure everyone ends up happy.
